My design for this week's Earring Challenge from Art Jewelry Elements is a contrast of blingy Swarovski, 10 mm hearts and 4 mm bicones in aquamarine, with "Southwest Discs", handmade etched lampwork beads in khaki and denim from Julie of Outwest (Indian Creek Art Glass).
Be sure and check the AJE Pinterest board where new designs are being posted on a regular basis. See you next week!

Those are so lovely ! And also unique. I especially like the way you attached the pretty ceramic rings to the earring hooks using a fabric cord. The texture of the textile element mixed with the ceramic is a wonderful touch. I also love the color combination, it's one of my favorites, shades of blue. :)
ReplyDeleteHoly cow! Gorgeous! Putting in my Pinterest.
ReplyDeleteWow!!!! Gorgeous! I love Love LOVE when flash is mixed with earthy and you did a wonderful job mixing the two. And the bicone ON the hook is genius!
ReplyDeleteYour use of headpins is fascinating me in this design :) Too good!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful earrings. I love the pairing of the earthy beads with the crystals. And those headpins add interest.
ReplyDeletelove the dressed up boho feel to these - those are really wonderful!
ReplyDeleteMonique...Love the way you used the crystals to add some sparkle to the glass discs. And I'm also intrigued by the unique ear wires you made with the head pins! Love those.
